My Name is Dwayne Ackley.  I have had a 30 year career in Staffing across five different industries.  I have also been a lifelong reader, writer, Dad, student, and content creator.  This site is my starting point for all writing both public and private.  I live in Hilliard, OH with my wife, Nicole and have two children that are beginning their lives in college.  I hope you all enjoy reading this as much as  I enjoy writing it.
